GENERAL RENTAL TERMS AND PAYMENT POLICY
Please keep in mind that renting a vacation rental home is different than renting a hotel room. A last minute cancellation for a vacation rental, will usually result in the owner losing all of his or her revenue of the period reserved. We require a 50% deposit at time of booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. Upon receipt we will acknowledge and reserve your reservation dates. The balance is due 60 days prior to check in date. Upon receipt of final payment we will issue a confirmation letter with your reservation number. Deposits will be maintained in a federally insured escrow account.
Cancellation by renters will NOT result in refund unless we surecure another renter, regardless of time frame.
For piece of mind we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance due to this strict policy.
$5,400.00 JUST reduced to $4800 per week which includes 8% government room tax.
This is a wonderful value considering that the hotel's daily rate is over $1,600 for this high season rental.

Security deposit is due and payable with final payment 60 days prior to check-in.
Deposit will be refunded after check-out, and satisfactory inspection of the unit. The deposit will be available for refund 2-3 weeks after the check out date. Deposits will be made by check to the address on file.
